Link & Pin brunch items for Easter

Whether you plan to dine out or dine at home for Easter, we’ve got you covered. Several restaurants are offering brunch specials Easter Sunday. Remember, it’s best to make reservations and order early! We included a few gourmet grab-and-go spots, too, if you’re hosting at home.

Copain Bakery and Provisions has mains, sides, quiches, breads and pastries to build a complete Easter brunch or dinner at home. Proteins include Applewood Smoked Ham, Wood Grilled Scottish Salmon and Rotisserie Leg of Lamb. Items must be picked up on Saturday, 3/30.

DTR SouthPark has several specials for Easter, 12-6 p.m. Options to try include the Chicken and Waffles, ($18) sweet tea brined fried chicken, topped with maple syrup, roasted pecans and chives; Shrimp and Grits ($24), jumbo shrimp in Cajun lobster cream sauce with onions and peppers served over creamy grits; House-made Cinnamon Rolls ($10) with lemon-vanilla icing. Reservations are recommended.

The Fox & Falcon in SouthPark has an a la carte Easter menu (11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) with special features by Chef David Burke. Appetizers include Tuna and Salmon Tartare and Nicoise Salad. Mains include Duck Confit Cavatelli and Pan-Seared Chicken. There’s also an Easter dinner ($36) which includes hot honey-glazed ham, green bean almondine, whipped potatoes and popover. Add deviled eggs for $6. Reservations available at OpenTable.

Harper’s SouthPark presents a chef-curated Easter menu for $40 a person. The menu includes a choice of salad, slow-roasted prime rib or Easter ham, a range of sides and dessert.

Link & Pin restaurants (Arboretum, Huntersville, South End) will be open Easter and serving the full brunch menu until 4 p.m. The dinner menu will start at 4pm.

L’Ostrica is moving Sunday supper to brunch for the day. The restaurant in Montford will have a special prix fixe Easter Brunch between 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. The menu includes a Porcini Mushroom Tartlet, French Onion Soup and desserts for sharing: Pain au Chocolat, Vanilla Profiteroles. Pate de Fruits. Tickets are $90 per person. Brunchy cocktails, featured wines, and other beverages are available for purchase. There’s also a Chef’s Market (open Wed. – Sat.) with gourmet sides, appetizers, desserts and wines to bolster a gathering at home.

Reid’s Fine Foods will have you ready for Easter with pickup on the Friday or Saturday before. This long-time specialty-food shop has several locations in Charlotte, including storefronts in SouthPark and Myers Park. Mains include beef tenderloin or spiral-sliced ham. Choose among sides like mashed potatoes and spring pasta salad, and of course there’s dessert. Reserve your meal online.

Steak 48 in Apex SouthPark will open early for Easter at noon and serve its full menu including fresh seafood, Australian wagyu filet and bone-in Kansas City strip. Reservations can be made on OpenTable and by calling the restaurant at (980) 580-4848. 

SupperClub South End will host an Easter brunch buffet from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu includes hot and cold stations crafted by executive chef Blake Nolen. Highlights include pasta salad, raw oysters and shrimp cocktail, smoked bacon with pork sausage, French toast with whipped apple butter and maple syrup, carved meats, desserts and more. Brunch is $49 for adults and $22 for children ages 4-12, not including tax or gratuity.
