Piedmont Row has a cozy new place to gather and grab a drink or bite.

The Loft at Duckworth’s is all about “classic cocktails done well” with a sophisticated, midcentury modern style designed to encourage folks to get comfortable and stay a while. It’s split into two rooms with a variety of seating arrangements: The Lounge (where the bar is) and The Living Room. It’s the latest venture from restaurateur Rob Duckworth (Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse, Link & Pin and The Cellar at Duckworth’s). As of opening on January 18, The Loft at Duckworth’s has 38 cocktails, with plans to add more. There’s also craft beer, wine and small bar bites on the menu.
