The Village on Morehead, a new luxury retirement rental development, is now welcoming residents.
Located at 727 East Morehead St., the senior residential community is in the heart of Charlotte, adjacent to the Queen City’s quintessential neighborhoods of Eastover, Myers Park and Dilworth and close to some of the city’s best dining, cultural and medical institutions.

The 12-story Village on Morehead features 192 well-appointed units, with 19 floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms to penthouses with more than 2,000 square feet of living space.

“There’s no reason why a senior-living community has to feel like a senior-living community,” says Roger Manley, managing principal of BB+M Architecture, designer of The Village on Morehead. “It should feel more like a high-end resort or a vacation location, but also comfortable.”
