Nick and Brooke dated for several years — some of which were long distance — before exchanging their vows in front of friends and family. “While we certainly didn’t know that we’d eventually get engaged and married, I could never see myself with any other man than Nicholas Isaac.” He is a Chick-fil-A owner/operator, and she recently started her own hair and makeup business, Enhanced by EB. The couple incorporated elements of their history together, like first meeting at Chick-fil-A and Nick’s Palestinian culture, into the wedding and ceremony. Some of the couple’s favorite dates have involved great food, so incorporating food from their first date spot, Cast Iron Waffles, was a no-brainer. “It was only right to have them as our late-night snack,” Nick says.
