About the location: Photographed at Copper Builders’ 4,200-square-foot model home and design center at 5555 Fairview Rd. In April, the homebuilder won Custom Builder of the Year at the 38th annual MAME Awards, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte. For the interiors, Copper’s Hodges Miller teamed with Melissa Lee of New South Home, also winning the MAME award for Best Interior Merchandising (over $900,000).
