This velvety green corner lot makes the cut in HGTV’s national contest featuring amazing homes.

The Dickens Mitchener listing was selected by HGTV editors as one of 11 Curb Appeal finalists as part of its annual HGTV Ultimate House Hunt. The five bedroom, seven bathroom home is listed for $3,950.000. At more than 7,700 square feet, the home is filled with custom features and high-end design choices, according to listing agents Vicky Mitchener & Ducie Stark. “The open floor plan creates a sense of flow and connectivity between the varied living spaces, while large windows flood the home with natural light,” said Mitchener.

It’s one of 95 homes selected as a finalist. People can vote for their favorite listing on HGTV.com through August 3. Last year, more than 1.5 million votes were cast.
