Chef’s Counter-: RMS Titanic

The night before the infamous ship sank, the chefs of the RMS Titanic curated a bountiful, wild menu for their guests. Enjoy Chef Sam’s take on the iconic turn-of-the-century flavors of French, Caribbean and Nordic cuisines. This delightful evening is for the fully immersive, progressive Chef’s Counter- experience. RMS Titanic runs through September 7; prepaid reservations are $250 per person including gratuity and service. 

Archive Covers 2021 Revisited

One of the greatest Counter- menus ever — Spring 2021 — gets a reboot. The new lineup showcases the Counter- team’s take on dishes from their favorite Michelin-star kitchens in Europe. Archive’s summer menu runs through August 31; prepaid reservations are $115 person including gratuity and service.
