When Hailee and Alston visited North Corner Haven, the 600-acre venue checked all the boxes — most notably, the versatility of its spaces. “We were able to have an indoor ceremony in their beautiful cedar barn and guests could enjoy cocktail hour in the courtyard with a large built-in bar and a scenic reception on the lawn under a tent,” Hailee says. “It truly gave us the best of indoor and outdoor space.” Getting ready for the ceremony was also easy and fun at the cottages on-site, with plenty of room and a customized menu for snacking.
The spring season and the couple’s wedding invitation suite inspired the celebration’s cheery color palette — from pale pinks to sky blues, with pops of coral, lavender and yellow — and was reflected in the vibrant florals, lively linens and patterned tableware. Bouquets were designed to complement the bridesmaids’ colorful array of dresses. “Our wedding planner Madison incorporated colors and patterns in such a beautiful way for our reception space,” Hailee adds. “That made it so unique to us and our special day.”
