Furnished, the annual friendly interior-design competition supporting Furnish For Good, returns Oct. 10-13 with new designers plus a few familiar faces. This year — the fifth anniversary of the event — four designers plus one design team will create vignettes that can be viewed at Slate Interiors in Wesley Heights or online.
After the designs are revealed, the public is invited to vote online for their favorite design (each $20 donation equals one vote) or purchase items from the vignettes in a silent auction.
FFG was launched in 2019 to provide new and gently used furniture and home essentials for people transitioning out of homelessness. FFG has provided more than 80,000 furnishings and household items to more than 2,000 people.
Along with a design team led by Furnished veterans and FFG volunteers Donna Werner and Carrie Yorker, this year’s designers include:

Ashley DeLapp, Ashley DeLapp Interior Design

Natalie Papier, Home Ec.

Meredith Beregovski, Georgia Street Design

Lisa Sherry, Lisa Sherry Interieurs
