It’s obvious the owners put care and detail into every inch of this gated estate on Crestbrook Drive in south Charlotte’s Cotswold neighborhood. He primarily collects Italian and German cars, seeking out the best and most rare of certain makes and models.
It’s not just about collecting for Brummond. He also loves driving fast cars. “I started racing six years ago in vintage racing leagues in a 1985 Alfa Romeo GTV6. I became pretty good and started winning races,” he says. Brummond says he enjoys endurance series racing the most because team strategy and driver responsibility come into play. He’s participated in several competitions and won rookie of the year award in the TRANS AM series in 2020.
The home was recently listed by Corcoran HM Properties for $3.595,000.
