Whether you’re planning to gather in small or large groups for Thanksgiving, we’ve rounded up a list of Charlotte restaurants and caterers to consider for mealtime. Here’s to more time with friends and family — and less time stressing in the kitchen. Make restaurant reservations, order the whole meal to be catered or just pick up a few sides.

Butler’s Pantry

Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen
Chef Alyssa has been cooking Thanksgiving sides and desserts for the past six years. This year sides include: roasted garlic mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, green bean succotash, and more. The casual family-friendly restaurant is taking orders for individual or family meals for pickup on Thanksgiving day. Ordering menu includes whole turkeys — roasted or season and deep-fried, and a range of sides from stuffing to squash casserole, plus dessert options. Order by Nov. 19. harpersrestaurants.com

Midwood Smokehouse
The Thanksgiving menu includes everything from a whole smoked turkey to beef brisket and chopped pork, plus plenty of sides and desserts to feed a few people or a large crowd. All orders must be placed by Friday, Nov. 17 for pickup on Nov. 22.

Reid’s Fine Foods
This long-time specialty-food shop has several locations in Charlotte, including storefronts in SouthPark and Myers Park. Reserve your turkey and other holiday staples by contacting your local store or ordering online. Orders must be placed by Nov. 19 at 5. p.m.

This bakery and cafe in Specialty Shops SouthPark offers Thanksgiving selections which include salads, soups, breads and pies, along with a classic oven-roasted turkey, stuffing and sides — all safely packaged to be reheated at home. The Family Pack feeds four ($199) or six ($279) people. Orders must be picked up Nov. 21 or 22.

This gourmet meal service has a full five-course meal for Thanksgiving with everything from a Rock Shrimp and grilled corn chowder to roasted Bell & Evans turkey, brioche rolls, smoked cheddar mac and cheese, plus desserts. Dinner options are prepared for two ($160) or eight people ($480). There’s also a lasagna tray for $125 that feeds 12. Available for pickup only on Nov. 22. Limited quantities are available.

Angeline’s
The uptown restaurant offers a three-course menu served family style for Thanksgiving. Selections include choice of salad or pumpkin bisque, herb roasted turkey and sides, plus a Thanksgiving pie trio. Cost is $45 a person.

The Fox and Falcon
SouthPark’s newest steakhouse will have a special a la carte menu Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Among the entrée selections: heritage turkey breast with a full plate of fixings like fall stuffing and cranberry compote; pumpkin risotto with herb crusted shrimp; short ribs and cavatelli. La Belle Helene
The uptown brasserie will be open Thanksgiving Day with a prix fixe menu priced at $75 for adults and $30 for children 12 and under. Highlights include: roasted pumpkin soup, a mixed greens salad with cranberry vinaigrette, turkey with green bean almondine, pommes purée, and dessert. Seafood and beef selections are also available.

New South Kitchen
The Arboretum restaurant will be open on Thanksgiving and serve a three-course menu. Entrees include deep-fried turkey, rib roast and cornbread dressing. Seating is limited. New South is also offering a Thanksgiving to-go menu. All turkey orders must be placed by November 16; orders for sides and extras must be placed by Nov. 19. Orders may be picked Nov. 22.

The Palm
The Palm is accepting reservations for a three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $59 a person. Dinner includes a choice of butternut squash soup, lobster bisque, buffalo mozzarella salad or The Palm Caesar. Entree includes turkey with gravy, stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. Choose cheesecake or chocolate pecan pie for dessert.

Steak 48
Steak 48 will have extended hours on Thanksgiving, opening early at 12 p.m. Along with the full menu, Chef Heather King will also be carving up turkey and serving elevated Thanksgiving staples like buttermilk whipped potatoes, fresh herb steakhouse stuffing, creamy or Alaskan Rock Shrimp mac and cheese, and whipped praline sweet potatoes.
