The annual Patriot Gala is an evening filled with honored military speakers and a tribute to those who have fallen in the line of duty in the past year. The black-tie event, now in its 13th year, will be held at Quail Hollow Club on Saturday, Nov. 2.

This year’s keynote speaker is Command Sgt. Major (Ret.) Tom Satterly, whose life, along with his teammates’ lives, was portrayed in the Oscar Winning 2001 film Black Hawk Down. A highly decorated combat veteran, Tom served in the Army for 25 years, including 20 in the U.S. Military’s most elite Tier One unit, Delta Force, and has been involved in and led some of our nation’s most important campaigns. He is also the founder of All Secure Foundation and the author of the book All Secure. As an author and a speaker, he shares his battle with PTS, both on and off the battlefield, with others in order to help them overcome their personal obstacles.

The evening will be capped off with a service dog presentation, live auction and dancing to the music of Next Level Band.

The Patriot Gala is the Patriot Military Family Foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year. Money raised will support projects for veterans and military-connected families in the Carolinas. Some of the projects include caregiver support, home builds, service dogs and reconnect weekends.

We hope you will join us in support of our veterans and military connected families in the Carolinas. Click here to learn more.
